My Easter stay was quite comfortable. the staff were friendly and made an effort to accommodate my requests. They had clean and spacious rooms, and the air conditioning was effective which was a big plus given the hot weather outside. the location of the hotel was perfect as it was situated near a number of shops and restaurants where I could grab a quick bite to eat. the hotel was situated close to transportation which was convenient for me as I could easily travel around the city.

the noise level in the hotel could be quite high, and I could hear the chatter of other guests in nearby rooms.

What a pleasant surprise! Pleasant staff, clean rooms, and a great location. We were impressed by the quality of our room and the friendly staff who went out of their way to make us feel at home. The internet was fast, and the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. We also appreciated the proximity of the hotel to the airport, which made our trip so much more convenient.

While there was little to complain about, the only downside was the confusing location of the hotel. It took us a while to find the entrance, and the surrounding area was not very appealing at night.

From guiding the delivery executive to our room and providing us with a hairdryer and fresh towels promptly, their service was exceptional. They even offered us complimentary veg spring rolls when they made a mistake with our order. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a well-maintained bathroom and continuous hot water supply. Additionally, the location was very convenient, as it was close to the airport, making our stay even more comfortable.

The rooms at De Pavilion Hotel were exceptionally clean and comfortable. As a tourist from Indonesia, cleanliness is important to me, and this hotel definitely met my expectations. I especially appreciated that they had rooms available for smokers, which made my stay even more pleasant. If you're visiting New Delhi, I highly recommend this hotel.
